Ratlami Sev

Ratlami Sev (Namkeen / Farsan), native of the city Ratlam region in Madhya Pradesh. This super snack is the perfect mixture of chickpea flour (besan) and spices infused with chili, hing and ajwain. Crunchy, crispy Ratlami sev is the ideal ready to eat a snack. It is made from gram flour (Chane ka atta). The addition of the special spice blend, makes it spicy and gives a unique taste. It also contains carom seeds (ajwain), black pepper (Kali Mirch), red chilli, turmeric (Haldi) and a wide variety of authentic proprietary spices to enhance the taste, flavour and aroma.
