Jumbowafers Online is our website where you can conveniently order any of our products sold.
To place your order, follow these steps:
  • Browse through our wide catalogue of products until you find something you like, choose the required quantity and click on the Add to Cart button (you are eligible to add multiple products on your cart).
  • In Shopping cart, you can either choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
  • To shop with us, you can log into your jumbowafers account.
  • Once the cart is all set, proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order. 

We will ship your product on your mentioned shipping address. We have tie ups with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered to your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. 

We'll send an email and SMS with your order information to confirm and another email / SMS when your order is shipped out. Sit back, relax and wait for your awesome sweets or snacks to indulge your tongue.
You can also check the current status of your order please log into your account on jumbowafers.com and go to MY ORDER section.

  • Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days.
  • For assistance you can write to us at jumbowafers@gmail.com, we will be happy to help you out. 
  • Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details over email. Again, once we dispatch your shipment you will be notified via email. In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you would receive a special update / call from our end.
  • If you still have apprehensions, write to us at jumbowafers@gmail.com, and your issue will be addressed. 
Please contact our Customer Care at jumbowafers@gmail.com to cancel the order and refund your payment before 3 hours of cut off time. If the order is shipped already, unfortunately we wouldnt be able to cancel it.

Payment + Shipping

All Credit Card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted payment gateways like PayUmoney and Phonepe.

There are absolutely no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary

In case of a payment failure, please retry
  • Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
  • If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days For any further clarification, you can email us on jumbowafers@gmail.com

Orders within Gujarat are delivered within 24 48 hours, and Other state orders are delivered in 3 5 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.

Unfortunately no, delivery is not available on Sundays and other Government holidays For more details please refer to our Shipping policy. 

  • Yes, we do accept International orders. Please write to us at jumbowafers@gmail.com with details of shipping address, product name and quantity.
  • You can make payment with the help of any Indian Card or NEFT/IMPS. 

Miscellaneous

If you register with us, you are inevitably getting subscribed to our newsletter. If you don't wish to receive our newsletter, you can click on the unsubscribe link in the newsletter. 

Just click on 'Forgot Password' option and we will s end it to you on your email address registered with us. 

Yes,we do accept bulk order for party, corporate events and re-selling. The prices may vary according to your products and quantity of purchase. Kindly write to us at jumbowafers@gmail.com with your requirements. 

Unfortunately no! Because of the prevalent regulations, we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be replaced if your loved one faces any issues. 
But we are very happy to help you for shipping gift parcels without Invoice and Price Tags. For sending a Gift Pack without Invoice and Price Tag, please send us a mail to jumbowafers@gmail.com or call / whatsapp us at : +91-8347674660
Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, unfortunately you cannot add any more products to your order. You have to place a separate order. 
We encourage our customers to share their shopping experience with larger audience by writing Reviews. On every product page you will find a review section where you can write a review of the product. Reviews can fetch you badges and likes of other customers who found it useful. 
Login into the site and check My orders section. You can print the specific orders and details. 
Yes, your friend can receive your orders. The delivery person will request the person receiving the product to fill in the delivery challan so that we will have the details of the particular. 
After adding items to your bag, apply coupon code in the Shopping cart before checkout.
